Welcome to the White Mountain Zen Dojo in Tokyo. This is a place for EVERYONE who wishes, to come and practice zazen, Soto Zen Meditation. Open for everyone, Japanese and Foreign .

The group leader speaks some Japanese, and is fluent in French and English. The group is run by Mokusen-san (also known as Sebastian), who is a Soto Zen Priest who has trained in France as well as in Japan.

Mokusen, from France, started practising Zen while still a teenager. He followed the path, helped by several Zen masters and started teaching 20 years ago. He is the disciple of Mokuho Guy Mercier.
